It does the job of staying cold, and I love the colors, but on the first use, the spout cover popped out. It was difficult to snap back into place and it continues to fall out every time I try to open it. The inconvenience makes me unlikely to use it regularly, which is a shame because other than that I like this jug and I'd been looking forward to bringing it everywhere. I play sports, and having to waste time fiddling with the mouthpiece is not ideal for games when you only have a quick second to take a drink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's wonderful! We took it took the beach immediately after it arrived and it's a real head turner. The product itself needs 5 stars, but there's a giant sticker on it that's nearly impossible to get off.

I have one of these I bought years ago and use it a lot at an aquarium I volunteer at. We work outdoors in 90+° heat and humidity rehabbing marine mammals. I fill it with ice and then water and chug it to stay hydrated. Best invention.
