I think this jug is so cute and nostalgic. I saw someone else who had the same problem I did where the hinge just doesn't work well. My first one completely broke off after a month and Igloo kindly replaced it. I love it and it keeps my water cold, but that is a bit of a bummer. Recommend the company but maybe not this specific item.
