Problems with packing

The process used for packing caused 2 kinks and 1 tear in the line from the soap container to the pump. 5 stars if service is good and I get a new line soon.

This is the first gas powered pressure washer I have owned. The power of this unit is amazing compared to my previous electric pressure washers! There was little assembly needed, only the front foot and the brackets to hold the wand in storage. The only difficulty was it requires a special screwdriver head (not phillips or blade, that fortunately, I had) that was not included.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this power washer last month and was surprised at how well it works and looks. The instructions were easy to follow when putting the machine together. Very pleased.
