I used this thing once to wash my boat and once on my back porch. Pulled it out to clean my house and it’s spraying everywhere. Disappointed. Bought May 2020.

Garbage Design Flaw/Awful Customer Service

I have had this unit since February, 2023. Used it for 5-6 jobs. Have taken very good care of it. The engine unit COMPLETELY came off the frame. TERRIBLE design flaw having the engine just glued (or something) to these rubber feet - NOT bolted through like common sense would have it designed. On top of that, waiting for over a week to just get a lousy shipping label. Multiple emails sent (since they won't give out a phone #) with no reply. Putting all the hassle for THEIR mistake on me, the customer, to fix. Can't get anything resolved, and most certainly not in a timely manner. Awful customer support. Awful product.

Pressure washer hose is splitting.

After initial use I noticed the black pressure washer hose splitting apart in several areas. On the plus side it was easy to assemble and use. It worked really well-lots of power. Hopefully the company can help me out on this safety issue.

Engine block cracked after 1 year

This was my first time buying this brand and it worked OK, started fairly easily and I had no complaints for the first 8-10 times of use the first year. I went to use it the second year, it had trouble starting and when it did start the engine block cracked and now it is useless after just 8-10 uses.

Inoperable within FIRST 10 Minutes of Use

Bought on 11/3, arrived 11/6, unpacked and assembled per owner's manual on 11/7. Started up fine, used for less than 10 minutes. Turned off to move to location. Started back up fine but cut out after 30 seconds of use. Then recoil starter locked up. Can't use now. Fresh oil, fresh gas - operated everything per owner's manual instruction.
Very upset this product has gave way on me in less than 10 minutes of FIRST USE!

Excessive gasoline comsuption

Something is wrong. I need to stop the cleaning and add more gasoline. This is ridiculous. I have other gasoline tools, and I don't need to refuel every 15 minutes. Terrible.

Broke under 10 minutes

Water pump popped off back of motor in under ten minutes of use right out of the box. Cheap screws are stuck in the unit and unable to remove to replace. On a side note, it did work well for the 10 minutes I got to use it

Works Great

Bought this to replace my old pressure washer that my son "borrowed" but never seemed to return. This washer is much nicer, higher pressure and better cleaning capacity. I especially like the wheel mount design that makes it easy to move.
I would recommend this to a friend!
