I have used it twice with good results. To date the product works as advertised. Instructional manual could have used more diagrams so I recommend reading and rereading carefully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything works as expected, except it will not draw soap from the reservoir.

Looking forward to many uses over several years. Price was right and PSI is what I wanted. I expect this to work well, especially if it's maintained and stored properly.

Wanted to replace an old Troy Built unit that was only 1200 PSI. It worked however I needed a unit that has more psi to clean concreate sidewalks and plastic white fence.

Superb Pressure Washer at an Unmatched Price!

I bought this to power wash concrete, a wood deck, and a patio structure. I also bought it to help clear underground drainage pipes (which required a separate purchase of a sewer jetter kit). It's performing well in all tasks and has plenty of both pressure (psi) and flow (GPM). This is an affordable yet powerful pressure washer. The combination of price and performance are unmatched. I do have two recommendations for Westinghouse: (1) I wish the gas engine would start on the first pull (e.g., it sometimes even requires three pulls, and (2) the manual discusses the need to occasionally adjust the valves. Valve adjusment is not a realisitic task to ask of a typical homeowner and I recommend making that section of the engine more robust so as to not require valve adjustments.
