Good design overall and the product is mostly metal whose fit and finish is very good.
Excellent Instructions and printed materials. It is a little hard to start after it is warm, it requires multiple pulls on the starter to restart it.

Easy to put together right out of the box, light easy to move around. Instructions were clear abd has more power than I thought it would have for such a small unit. Would purchase again. Go Westinghouse!

The pressure washer started right up and worked great. It is noticeably more powerful than my previous pressure washer. There was very little assembly needed, and it was quite simple. The directions in the manual are clear and complete.
