Unit would not start when I received it. I spoke to customer service and they promptly sent me a new carburetor to install. That seems to have solved the problem. Time will tell.

Ordered this pressure washer online after reading other positive reviews. Product was delivered 2 days earlier than promised. It was well packaged and had no visible damage.
Easily assembled, have not yet fired it up, waiting for a nice day to test performance.

Strong pressure even flow

I just purchased the WPX3200 model and so far have not been disappointed. The pressure is strong and even when spraying. Using on our cement driveway and looks like new. We have numerous other projects lined up and can't wait to see the results.

Great Start for this Machine

I Received it 2 days ago and started using it right away, I was kind of afraid for the price that would break fast, but it did an amazing job cleaning my pavers and front. If you follow the instructions to assemble is easy. Great machine for the moment.
