Solid unit

I was looking for a PW to replace a 16 year old 2500 psi unit that was no longer serviceable. I was looking for a PW that would be reliable and reasonably priced. The many reviews led me to choose the Westinghouse 3200. It came well packaged and took minimal assembly.
Per the instructions (super important) it comes from the factory with no oil. The required oil is included in the box. Simple to add and check the level with the oil dipstick.
So far I have used this PW on a concrete walkway, an aluminum boat, and a large redwood deck. The combination of 3200 psi and 2.3-5 gpm were more than than adequate to get the job done.
Pros- Great power and water flow, decent construction, the removable tips are great compared to the adjustable nozzle style, large solid wheels make it easy to maneuver and won't go flat, vertical configuration easier to store than horizontal units.
Cons- Clear soap hose crimped. Needed to snip off end and re attach.
Fuel stabilizer in the gas tank and antifreeze/lube in the pump and this PW should give many years of service.

High pressure hose burst

I purchased this pressure washer on 4/20/2023 and received it on 4/25/2023. I assembled it on the same day it was delivered and did a test area on my driveway. I held the instruction manual and read my way through the operation making sure to complete each step. Everything went smoothly with the test I did. I proceeded to pressure wash my driveway on 4/26/2023 following all instructions in the manual provided. 3/4 of the way through my project the high pressure hose that connects the washer to the spray gun just burst suddenly! There were no kinks, it did not get caught in anything. Seemingly no reason for the hose to suddenly burst open. I was very satisfied with the operation of the machine but I am completely dissatisfied with the malfunction of the hose which has stalled my project. I would like a representative to reach out to me for replacement of the hose.

It works great. Only issue I had was with the high pressure hose getting stuck under the engine and burning a hole in it, but that is mostly my fault so be careful
