I received this pressure washer as a gift. It arrived with zero problems with the packing material, and zero missing parts.
Assembly was exceptionally easy and well illustrated.
The owners manual is well written and very easy to understand.
The washer is very light weight, easy to maneuver around, with well thought out positioning of the engine controls.
Over all an exceptionally well built, easy to operate machine.

Great Product!

Bought this last week and spent 7 hours this past weekend to pressure wash retaining walls. Worked perfectly. The white nozzle provided plenty of power to take care of my job. Wish I had bought this earlier!
