Got it yesterday. in perfect condition in the box. You really need to change your quick set-up guide. The 10MM wrench doesn't really work, it should be a 10mm socket and a 13MM socket. and an allen wrench.

Arrived a day early. Still assembling but impressed with 4K+ reviews with a 4.8 rating with lowest only 4.2. Thinking it’s going to work out well based solely on that.

Basic but Outstanding Results

I purchased this pressure washer on June 2, 2023. It arrived at my door step on June 7th. I immediately unpacked and assembled what few components were necessary and fired that puppy up. I had concrete stain algae growth that was at least 15 years old. It had turned black in many areas. This machine cut through all the muck and algae like a hot knife through butter. I am more than pleased with the performance of this machine. It is a basic model - no fancy bells and whistles - but IT GETS THE JOB DONE QUICKLY!
