I purchased the WPX3200 pressure washer and it arrived in a timely manner. It was in perfect condition when I received it due to the quality packaging. The assembly was easy with the provided instructions.

I bought the product and used it a couple times and the recoil assembly broke. I contacted tech. support and they had a replacement part sent immediately. I had some trouble with the web site, and I got an immediate call back. This is a very easy to use power washer with great support materials. It does a great job cleaning all kinds of things. A great tool to my collection. I think support is everything and the warranty is comprehensive. They will not leave you hanging.

Really like the ease of use and all the extra nozzles come in handy. Not a fan of the plastic wheels but they work fine. A demonstration thumbs up.
