This review only covers receiving, assembly and testing of all the functions.
I received it 2 days early without any damage. Assembly was quick and easy.
The pressure washer worked as expected. I would have given it 5 stars except that the soap hose was badly kinked and not usable. I will have to buy a 1/4 tube connector and a small section of hose. I wasn't able to test the soap function because of this. One other small thing is that the high psi hose is stiff and curly like a phone cord, not easy to work with. It is 45 deg. outside today so that didn't help it to relax.

I've only had this for a week, but it's already paid for itself with the garage floors I've cleaned. Easy to put together and operate. I don't have any complaints

The product is well built and comes with a well written and comprehensive user manual. The documentation makes assembly and operation easy. The instructions for maintenance are clear and detailed. Features such as the large detergent storage tank and quick access to key components are some of the details that set this product apart from other power washers. In my view there is no better value.
I would recommend this to a friend!
