I bought this in May with the intention of using it throughout the summer....well, that never happened!! Anyway, I was able to finally open it up and was happily surprised with how easy the set up was and that it started perfectly on the first pull! As far as the working ability, it is very strong, fairly stable and easy to move around. Although it would have been nice to have an extension wand to be included (the original is kind of short), I found one from my old washer that fits fine.
I would definitely recommend this unit!!

Everything as Expected

First time buying a Westinghouse Pressure Washer and it has met all my expectations. Very easy to assemble and started first time. Removable nozzles work great, the pressure wand sits securely in its cradle and the hose in its cradle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing power washer and easy to use

This is my first ever power washer so I had to read all the instructions. Instructions were straight forward and it's easy to start and use. The only thing that confused me was getting soap to dispense. You have to make sure you attached the black(soap) nozzle to the gun, without it soap will not dispense. So you dispense soap over the area you want to clean, then change the nozzle to power wash. The other thing is that you need to make sure the water supply hose is not coiled or slightly bent in any areas. I noticed the washer lost a little bit of power until I completely straighten out the water hose. As for results after using. Again this is my first power washer but to me it's pretty powerful and did an excellent job of cleaning concrete slab in my patio.

GREAT POWER ...when it starts

We bought it new, assembled, added oil, brand new fuel, water, and got to work! It cleaned off old paint off metal doors, slime/sludge/etc. off concrete (yellow nozzle for all of this). Water does not get hot, but pressure is great. I appreciate the color guide for the nozzles! After less than 5 hours (over a couple days), it would no longer start (like it's no pulling fuel though the tank is full). Water is on, switch/fuel line/choke all on... spark plug/air filter are clean, oil level still full.... no clue why it won't start. working on warranty replacement now...we'll see how that goes!
( FYI...if you want a laugh, the troubleshooting guide actually states at the bottom of "engine won't start" section for causes (exact quote in the book): "Aliens or otherworldly phenomenon that scientists will never fully understand." ....)
