Well packaged, received in good condition. Easy to assemble in about 15 minutes or so. After much researching and comparing to other brands I found this to be a quality unit and a good value. Only thing I wish the hose was a little bit longer. Otherwise I am a happy customer.

My previous washer was 20+ years old and this one is a very good replacement. I am real happy with the amount of water and power.
