A workhorse. I like that the connections are metal. Would be wary not to drop the wand onto the cement - it is plastic and can possibly crack easily. I'm not too crazy about it attaching to the handle of the unit as it doesn't feel as secure as it could be but it works. Assembly was not too difficult - required a screwdriver and wrench to tighten some bolts. I did think that some of the bolt placement was a little unusual which made it difficult to reach to but not impossible; nothing that affects the machine itself but probably just a simple design flaw. Overall, performs very well. As someone who doesn't typically read the instruction manual, I would strongly recommend that you do so with this unit. There are a lot of safety points and proper usage instructions that should be followed and NOT ignored. I feel that this unit, with proper care, will last a lifetime and am very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.
