Have used twice since purchase. Very pleased so far. If it lasts as long as my old Briggs and Stratton, will be happy to add the 5th star.

Purchased item online because of the stellar reviews. When I opened the pressure washer it had a lot of oil residue all over it, which was strange, because it clearly says it was drained of all oil. The oil it came with was unopened and not damaged. I spent 15 minutes cleaning it off as best I could and put it together. I got premium gas and it fired up within a few pulls. It smoked liked crazy burning off oil that was probably on the muffler. It has plenty of power and I was satisfied with it. Went to use it a week later and had trouble starting it. When. I got it started, it would die after using it for a short while and I would have to start it again. A couple of times it didn't want to start and I would wait 10 minutes before trying again. I was able to get it going and it seemed to run ok. I think there is something wrong with the one that I received. I plan to use it again this week, if I have problems again, I will try and return it.

Great pressure washer

I have used this pressure washer twice and am very happy with it. It has great pressure and I really like the soap tank. It was easy to assemble. It starts easily too.

Effective and easy to use1

For years I had a smaller, electric, 1800 PSI power washer which did the job but I had NO idea what I was missing until I got this one! It's very easy to use and obviously much more powerful than the one I had previously so cut the power washing time in half. I put it together by myself, (52 year old female), so I feel like anyone can do it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had a problem with the oil and had to drain the oil and the oil spilled everywhere even though I had a pan under it, (per the directions). It's possible I did something wrong but was unable to figure out what. Other than that, it works like a charm!
