Good Power Washer But Poor Assembly Instructions

I purchased this power washer because I needed one more powerful than my electric one. I assembled and used the power washer 29 Apr 2021 and this review is based only on one use. I have included photos to further explain this review and I will note to refer to photo where appropriate.
Pros:
- Good Power! The power on this is really good. Because of that I was able to use a 20" surface cleaner which made short work of cleaning my driveway.
- Seems Solidly Built. After one use the machine seems pretty solidly built. No problems with any of the engine or pump parts yet.

Cons:
- Quick Start Guide (QSG) Needs Work!! The only tool the guide (see photo) tells you will be needed for assembly of the power washer is a 10mm wrench (Note: If you download the QSG from Westinghouse site it lists a 10-13mm wrench & a Phillips screwdriver). You actually need a set of plyers (to grip the nuts when installing the Lower Spray Gun Holder since the nut will spin when the screw is turned. Due to the limited space and depending on your dexterity the wrench may be difficult to use here and plyers may work better to hold the nut in place) (See photo), needle nose plyers (to grip the nut when installing the Upper Spray Gun Holder since it is in a very narrow space) (see both applicable photos). You will also need either a Hex key wrench or a Torxx key (Which is what I used) since the power washer does not use Phillips head screws. (See photo of the screw included) I've attached a photo of the three tools that I used for this assembly.
- User Manual Needs Work!! The components page of the manual is confusing due to the random order of the numbering on the three views of the power washer. Most good component diagrams will number the picture in some logical sequential fashion (such as numbering parts in a clockwise manner) then base the order of the accompanying table or legend on that. The numbering of the three parts views in the User Manual is completely random making you search for the part numbers in the pictures which wastes time. (See both photos of the components page. One has arrows showing how they should be numbered.)
- Need Better High Pressure Hose!! Two-Thirds of the way through my work the hose ruptured! (See both photos) This was the first use of this pressure washer. I had to run to the hardware store to get a replacement hose to finish the work the next day. Not good!

Overall this is a good power washer (so far). However it is very frustrating getting incomplete, incorrect and/or confusing manuals and guides. Westinghouse has some smart engineers but they need to have some Non-Engineering kinds of people test whether these things make sense before mass production begins. I don't know why this High Pressure Hose broke but they need to make their hoses durable yet flexible since if the hose is too stiff it is likely break.

I purchase this power washer a few months ago and am very pleased with this product! The spray nozzles work perfect! They are very easy to attach, and I love how there are options to choose from.

Great product. Would buy again. Does a great job. The pump bolt was sheared off and the pump leaks. This thing cleans. It is fun to use
