My Broken Westinghouse Power Washer

just removed my power washer from the box. I oiled, gassed etc. according to instruction booklet. Hooked up water & tried to start. pull cord jammed. Very unhappy. please help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Operated well during the first usage

I bought this power washer in August 2024. I power washed my two story house on its first use. The unit operated well, plenty of power and I like how the nozzles are easily accessible on the unit handle. I do have some concerns about the fact it was increasingly hard to start over time. I changed the oil at 5 hours of use as directed by the maintenance schedule but that didn't affect the hard starting issue. Overall I am satisfied with the performance of this power washer unless the minor starting issue develops into something more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this August 17, 2024. I have used it twice (power washing house, wood deck and sidewalks). The pressure is great and it does a very nice job.
