Absolutely horrific

At first the unit operated fine and as expected. After about 10 hours of usage the pump literally flew off the main body of the washer, spewing metal shards feet away and oil everywhere. I am not the first person that this has happened to, and Westinghouse is very aware of this problem. I am trying to have Westinghouse send me a replacement pump since the unit is still well within the warranty window, and they keep making up new reasons why they should not. I would recommend to never by a Westinghouse product ever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressed with performance

Purchased this a few weeks ago and so far very happy with it. I was able to remove moss from concrete stairs that had been there for 10+ years easily. I also like the selection of nozzles for various applications. Good product!
