I bought this unit a little over a week ago and used it immediately to clean my Concreate Pool Deck area. I used it with a Westinghouse Surface Cleaner accessory and it did a great job, even without soup or any type of cleaning solution.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only had this machine for about a month. I hade the opportunity to use on my paver patio, with the surface cleaner. The washer and the surface cleaner preformed as advertised. I was cautious and followed all the start up and set up instructions to the letter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 3200e has all the power and ease of use that is needed for nearly all jobs, from washing your car, cleaning your deck, cleaning the accumulated dirt and moss after a rainy winter, to the exterior of your house. Putting it together was a breeze although the directions could have been more clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Haven't used the pressure washer yet, but the unit was simple to assemble. Was missing a cotter pin to hold the tire on. All of the documentation is very well done and thorough (User Manual, Replacement Parts, Warrantee, Registration, and cheat sheet steps for starting, stopping, maintenance and nozzle selection). As I live in MN, I won't be using this unit all year round and will forget proper use techniques so I took the cheat sheet to Kinkos, had it laminated, and hung it on the machine!
