Used item several times, easy to start, easy to maneuver, and easy to use. Did a great job cleaning my driveway and my house overhangs.
I was about to order another one for my son but out of stock until Feb 2021, too bad it was going to be a Christmas present.

Shipping of the product took two weeks - not sure if that’s related to COVID-19 or just the fact that it’s a large item and was probably shipped by ground. Product was easy to assemble. Used for the first time with no issues. Started on second pull. Good power and performance for the price. The hose is stiff and unwieldy, but I think that is typical of these high pressure hoses. Fortunately, it’s easy enough to maneuver that not being able to easily extend the hose is not much of an issue. It did have two minor issues out of the box: 1) paint was already flaking on the gas tank and 2) the soap hose was crimped right above the nipple. I just cut off the crimped part and reattached the hose since there was plenty of slack. Not worth returning for the flaking paint as it’s just cosmetic, but that’s the only thing that kept me from giving it a five star rating.

Fantastic Machine

I added an hour meter as soon as it arrived. I have had it 4 days and have used it 3times for a total of 3.1 hours and so far it has exceeded my expectations. It’s very strong runs well and seems well built. It even has a metal gas tank. A very happy customer so far. I will update my review if I have what I feel is unreasonable issues in the future.

Doesn't Work

Purchased pressure washer on April 15, 2020 and has been garage kept. We have only used it less than 6 times and it no longer works. We have changed the spark plug and fuel but still doesn't even crank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
