Excellent product

This product is twice as effective as my previous electric pressure washer. It consistently starts on the first or second pull.

I like the power but the crank is a problem

almost every time I use it, I have the take the pull cord apparatus off and free up the crank so it will pull when I start it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just got this pressure washer and couldn't wait to try it out. It is a beast! I would have no problems telling anyone to buy it! I wish that they would have included a the few tools needed for assembly but other than that, no complaints whatsoever!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this item to do a soft wash of my house to remove mildew and mold with a solution before I paint it. The unit was easy to assemble and use and did the job.

Bought pressure washer about 3 weeks ago. Used it immediately & few times since. Had old Craftsman model some years ago that did well over the time, but eventually gave out. Went with simple electric washer thinking it would satisfy my needs, very glad to jump back into a model such as this & immediately gave my electric pressure washer away. Very much satisfied.
