Poor chassis design

On the second use of the pressure washer, three off the motor mounts broke away from the chassis. The motor is not bolted to the chassis but is instead resting in four vulcanized rubber feet. Slight torque plus vibration dismounted three of the mounts from their rubber feet and now the engine being held on by one foot and a ratchet strap. Absolutely terrible design. Bolts should run from under the chassis, up threw the rubber feet, then attack to the motor itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More than enough power for whatever you need to do

I bought this to prepare my house for a paint job, but I'll tell you that as soon as you start using it you're going to want to powerwash everything. Your going to want to powerwash your fence, your deck, your patio set, your patio, your garage doors, your neighbors house, the trash cans, the bird bath, the car, the bulkhead, your driveway, etc. It's fun and this thing delivers. It's probably a higher PSI than most people need unless they're professionals, but it is definitely worth the money. My friend has the same model so he's coming over this weekend and we're going to have a pressure washer fight in the front yard. The only rule is that you can't use the red nozzle but I'm going to do it anyway. Sorry Kevin.

Junk don't buy

Only used once and found pump can get very hot. The second time only ran a few seconds and shut off. Found the water filled into oil chamber. Opened the oil chamber and removed pump, no broken seal is found. The pump was running very hot and garden hose was fall off for the first time use. Is idle pressure valve set too high? But the second time is just stopped and check the oil and water with mixed with oil rushing out. Anyone have the same problem please share with your experience to fix. Tech support engineers have any suggestions? Thanks.

Motor falling off chassis

Brand new and after 4 hours of use the motor is falling off. Used to pressure wash driveway. When picking up noticed the motor leaning in odd position. 3 of the 4 motor mounts are broken. Horrible design. Stay away from this product until this design is fixed.

Motor is falling off

Brand new and after 4 hours of use the motor is falling off. 3 of the 4 motor mounts are now broken. Seen several reviews stating this but took a chance, what a mistake. Stay clear until this issue gets fixed.

Looks Good

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and when he pulled it out of the box everything was very nice quality. However, it never would bust off and start. Brand New out of the box and it did not run. We put gas in it, checked the oil and followed the instructions given and still would not work.

Perfect for the home user

This power washer is durable and easy to assemble and operate. The attention to detail on little things such as angles of connections, wheels, weight, etc. all show that Westinghouse is taking the time to design products that a home user can be proud to own. Setup requires only a few simple assembly steps. Following the manual for operations you can be ready to start washing in as little as 15 minutes.
The washer while heavy to lift out of the packaging, once assembled is balanced so well that it feels extremely light as you wheel it around your property. The build quality of this washer conveys a sense of strength as the vibrations don't look like they'll shake the machine apart anytime soon. The designers even thought to put shock absorbing feet under the engine. The spray hose has strain wrap around the connecting ends as well. We did add a hose extention with a spring coil for strain relief on the water supply hose. It would have been nice to include that i the design.
If there's one obvious drawback to this washer it's that it doesn't have well-thought out accessory storage. If you have extra quick connects, extension wands, and the like there's no basket or rack on the cart to store them. So you'll have to find shelf space in your shed/garage to add to that clutter instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!
