i bought as a replacement for a dated craftsman 2400PSI. used on an 800sf patio and it worked splendidly. hopefully it will be reliable for many years. Pros: good power, hose ends are easy to connect, hoses connect with hand tightening only and are easily accessible, Cons: it has proven a tad difficult to start in that is takes numerous pulls on the starter cord before it starts, i'm hoping that this is not a harbinger of things to come. one last comment is that checking the oil level as well as changing the oil is not the easiest task in the world due to the location of the oil dipstick/filler neck
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a month ago. Easy assembly with parts well marked. Clear/concise assembly and operating instructions. Engine started on first pull. Used to pressure wash older deck & got great results with minimal time & effort.

INstallaiton was easy and straightforward. One item I would request is a note telling you how much oil is required - normally.. the machine is compact and easy to transport. I like that hte htop hanlde pops off easily.

Disappointed

I was very happy to purchase this pressure washer after doing product review of several pressure washers. This item performed perfectly until the other day. I was pressure washing a residential water fountain feature. The machine was performing normally. With the engine still running, I released the spray wand trigger to reposition the fountain. When I squeezed the spray trigger again, there was no high pressure, only garden house type pressure. I tried cleaning the nozzle, changing the nozzle, removing the nozzle, using a different garden hose, checking for kinks in the hose, using a different high pressure discharge hose. Nothing worked. Don't know what happened to the pump on this machine. This machine hasn't even reached the initial 5 hour engine oil change interval. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
