Good washer but already have a warranty claim

I have a very large driveway that desperately needed washing. Dishwasher did a great job and made short work of it. That being said, today when I was trying to get the second story windows, the high-pressure hose sprung a leak. I have a warranty claim in. I hope Westinghouse makes it right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just purchased this about a month ago and am very happy with the power and ease of operation. I like the storage and how all the accessories have a stable place on the unit.
The 3400 model does a great job and has plenty of power for exterior home and cement cleaning. I highly recommend this product. So far now complaints!
