Easy to start and operate

I have only used it 3 times now, but it has started with ease and is easy to operate. My wife enjoys pressure washing, so it was purchased primarily for her to wash the first level of our patio and porch areas. Not sure about the soap dispensing attempt with the black nozzle, but it may have been user error or the pump needed to be primed a little longer on the first attempt? Overall, it is a very nice machine.
