Just bought this a week ago. I have used it twice already. So far so good. Works like a champ, easy to start. Basically comes put together already. Still need to try out a few features.

I bought this after using a Brute 2600 for several years. The design is well thought out, and much more compact to store than others I compared. The only thing that might be improved upon is the "adding oil" instructions Since nothing was said, I assumed that the provided container was the right amount. It was too much. That might be added to instructions.

when attaching the few parts needed to operate the washer I was surprised to find out that I need metric wrenches and an allen tool. Other that that the directions were straight forward.

My fourth pressure washer and first Westinghouse. Very impressed. Easy to assemble. Easy to store with its upright structure. Have the 3400 model and is all the power I need for jobs around the house. Excellent water pressure and pumps 2.6 gallons. Very satisfied.
