Bought at major home improvement store. I felt it was the best value for a washer that delivers 3400. I was replacing a Karcher 2400.
Assembly was easy, and required a little starter fluid, for initial start, as the gas tank was completely dry. Then, started right up. Used for about 3 hours to compare to my old Karcher. WPX 3400 did produce significantly more pressure, especially with a rotary surface cleaner. Will see what durability is.
As mentioned by other reviews, the wheels are plastic, and the pressure hose is very stiff. I will use my older hose from the Karcher. I would have given it a 5 if these items were more rugged. I would rate it as a 4.7, as I am kind of particular

Great power

I have used this product several times. Has great power. Starts on first pull. Runs great. Only thing I wish was that it had quick connect hose, but other than that, it is a great product.

Excellent Power Washer from Residential Experience

I live near a wooded area that results in my house being covered in mold quickly. Instead of hiring a professional or borrowing from neighbors, I decided to invest in my own washer. While I've used a washer before, I have minimum experience using one. Once I got this washer, it was very easy to assemble and follow directions to get everything started. It immediately was better than any other washer I've used before and easily handled the dirt and grime I needed cleaned. Now I plan to strip and re-stain my decks since it has the power to do that easily. The price is also well compared to other washers and the performance it delivers. Every part of it, from the engine to the plastic coverings, appears to be high quality that will last for a long time with routine maintenance. I am very happy I bought this washer and would recommend to other homeowners who need one. As far as commercial use, I can't speak on experience, but this could be a good mid-range option to tackle a quick job.
