I am happy with this machine. Bought last year in November but didn’t get a chance to use it until yesterday. It is very powerful and strong, easy to use and great results.

Exterior box was damaged during shipping interior packaging protected the pressure washer. Easy to setup and use. Great quality product.

Great product for the price

I reviewed several, gas, powered power washers, and for the price and positive reviews this one seems like the best one for me. The only concern I had was the reviews to talk about the hose, touching against the muffler and burning through the hose so I modified the support clamp to reduce the possibility of this happening.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I think you should include a allen wrench in the box, and allow a little more space to get to the connecters. I have very large hands and it was difficult to secure some of the bolts, and I am not a fat guy.

So far, no good

Straight out of the box this power washer would not start (the easy start label is a total lie). I went through the troubleshooting guide with no success. I called the customer support number - and they do not have anyone available for power washer assistance on weekends... So I waited and called during the week, where I spent a lot of time on hold despite being "number 2" in line. I was hung up on after each subsequent waiting period (star deduction for customer support). I am on hold again as I write this review - hoping not to get another hang up.
I would love to update this review once the unit begins to actually work - but so far, no good has come from this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much Better Than Expected

Works as good as a higher pressure washer. Used it to replace a Troy Bilt pressure washer, with Honda GVC-190 engine. I was shocked that the Westinghouse unit engine ran better and that the pressure stream is more steady. Absolutely worth the money!
