I received a very well packaged WPX3400 from Fed ex. There was minimal assembly required which took only 10 minutes. A 20 oz bottle of 10w-30 motor oil was included with a pouring nipple for no spills. My machine started right up after 2 pulls and supply 3400psi of pressure. I am very satisfied with my purchase and FYI I also have a westinghouse generator that has been 100% reliable over the years.

Great Pressure Washer!

I bought this last month after my electric pressure washer just could not get the cement surrounding my pool clean of a black stain that had developed over the winter. This pressure washer had no trouble removing that stain and many others around the outside of my house. Great having a selection of nozzles depending on the job, and it is very easy to switch from one to another. Definitely glad I made this purchase.

Trouble out of the gate

I ordered this WPX3400 power washer because it was highly rated on CR, but it had some problems the very first day. After about 1hr of use, the hex nut from 1 of the 4 motor mounts that attaches the motor to the pull cart frame worked loose and fell out on my driveway. I later had to manually replace that and tighten all 4 nuts under the bottom of the unit.
Also, after I followed the documented procedures for shutting the power washer OFF, then attempted to restart it following the startup procedures, the engine would not fire. I had to let the unit sit for a while and come back and try several variations of the startup procedure
