Good power

I bought this power washer two months ago and used it once. It worked well, although it was very hard to pull the recoil starter. It is very tight and I am not as strong as I used to be. Needed to have my son-in-law pull it for me. I imagine it should loosen up as it gets used. Unfortunately, when I tried to start it again two months later it would not start. My husband and gardener tried every thing we could to get it started but have failed. I now will see if Westinghouse can diagnose it.

Pleased with the quality of workmanship

I bought this power washer 2 weeks ago and have power washed my retaining wall, dock, driveway, back porch and have been very pleased with the results. The unit was easy to get ready, oil etc. Used it for 2 long summer days and had no issues. It also starts in the first couple pulls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not bad for the price

Just unpacked it. Easy assembly, straightforward user guide for quick start, operation, storage, and maintenance. A few more plastic components than I would like but that seems to be the state of things these days. The wheels appear to be a weak point, flimsy plastic on a bolt.
Time to start it up and put it to work

Overall Great Build

This looks like it's extremely well built and was a fairly easy process to assemble. Even though it lists tools that are needed they were included in the box which was a great thing! For some reason there was a small rivet that was left out of the items I needed to complete the assembly. I called support and was really pleased with the trouble shooting effort the CSR made with me. However, it's now 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on the part. It didn't keep me from using the device so I attempted a small area of my vinyl fence. I found the pressure washer was. not very easy to start but I did manage to fire it up and finish what I needed to do that do. This is quieter than I expected and that's a plus too. Would give this a five star rating if I wasn't still waiting on the pop rivet and had an easier start.

Exactly what I was looking for

Just purchased the 3400. Very easy to assemble. I’ve only test run it so far but it is exactly what I was expecting. The narrow nozzle cuts through the dirt on my driveway concrete while the wide nozzle will be just right for my vehicles.
I would recommend this to a friend!
