When I received my p washer it looked good except for the clear hose from the soap dispenser to the pump. It was bent over near 90°. This would cause poor soap output plus tax the pump, so I cut off the damaged portion & reinserted the hose. Maybe a cardboard protector would help w future shipments. I’m looking forward to using my machine. Thank you.

Wow what a powerful piece of equipment! The only “gripe” I have is the ergonomics of cranking the thing (no foot hold to keep it secure, etc), but it has been great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pressure washer is lighter than the last model I owned plus it has nonflat wheels which is a bonus. I've noticed the hose is more flexible than my previous model which makes it easier to roll up.
