The product does what it is supposed to do. The features of this product that I like the most are the high handle so I do not have to bend over and the quick connectors.

I started looking for a pressure washer with at least 2700 psi and 2.3 gpm. I decided on this because for the price difference at the time, it was a no-brainer. The gpm and psi match up really good, and you get a VERY powerful pressure washer for the DIYer. This also comes with everything you need to get started cleaning...more than normal tips, soap dispenser, wand, and a 25' hose. I do wish the hose was more flexible, but it's not as stiff as my dad's old pressure washer hose. So, it's kind of stiff, but not too bad. I also like the fact that you can roll this thing around a lot easier than if the connections came straight out of the back because the hoses get in the way. With the side connections, that's not a problem. I didn't have any kinks in the soap hose like a lot of people are saying. Everything is perfect out of the box. I'm thrilled to have this awesome pressure washer, and I know it will handle any task I ask of it! The frame is pretty substantial, and not rickety at all!

I just bought it a few weeks ago. It was very easy to assemble and works great! I love the variety of nozzles which makes it easier to adjust to cleaning various surfaces. A+

Haven't used it much yet but seems to have plenty of power! Good price point. Plus if you leave a review they send ya free stuff. But machine is fairly rugged in construction and that's a plus. Solid and not cheap and rickety.

Stripped Threads - Spray Lance

Having to call customer service to order a new a Spray Lance due to the threads being stripped. It will not screw into the spray gun.

just received this two days ago easy to assemble after adding the oil and proper fuel and connecting to water supply started on first pull ,it worked great with plenty of power
