Recoil starter randomly broke after 1 minute use

I started it up. Ran good for about 30 seconds. Was about to start pressure washing and I heard something break. Turned it off and then noticed there was no handle to start it again. While it was running something must have bound up in the starter assembly. I pulled the cover off of the front and there was a screw loose and a piece of the plastic broken. Not a happy customer. I would like a new starter assembly.

the engine just about fell off the deck. only 1 bolt was holding it on.

Worked great while it was running. Stopped running

I purchased the power washer in December. The first day I was using it the hose to the power washer. I'm broke. I went and purchased a new hose. Finished the job. Used the product again a couple months later. Worked great last month. Went to start it. It started up and then we're not run. Followed the instructions. Could not get it to run poured gas in the carburetor. It would start but it wouldn't stay running so it looks like it's a safety feature
Call customer service spent 30 minutes on hold
Spoke to representative, registered the product. Waiting for a call back. I will keep you posted on my next review

Oversight or incompetence

Just want to add to my earlier review. I've used the washer a couple of times now and its performance is great.
However, after the initial washings, I added soap to the dispenser and later noticed a leak under the machine. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that it was leaking from where the clear plastic tube connects to the soap container.
I added a worm gear clamp and fixed the problem.
Was this a failure on the assembly line or failed design?
Just opening that there aren't any other latent design or assembly flaws that aren't as obvious.

Broken motor mounts

I purchased this WPX3400 pressure washer 1 year ago. It has only been used for my residential house. All four motor mounts broke.

Won’t spray

I bought this less than a month ago and just now going to use it. The compressor doesn’t kick on and it won’t spray. I know my water pressure and hose is good because we tried my neighbors and it works. Can someone please help me out to find the problem. I also purchased a 3 year warranty. Would not recommendation yet.

Nightmare

Just took it out of the box and put it together. I followed the instructions to the letter. This is the most difficult power washer I have ever had to start!! I've only gotten it started twice, And had to stop it To take a couple of breaks. I'm on my third start and I'm dying trying to start this thing . I sure wish I hadn't bought this
