i just purchased it and tried it out, it is much more powerful then previous power washer i had. it is an excellent purchase and saved $$ too with sale price and mail in rebate.

First impressions are great! Unboxing and assembling went smoothly and straight forward. Took a blast at my patio concrete and can finally clean off the years of black buildup.

Just purchased it today and have not had a chance to use it yet. Reading the user manual, I am sure it wll meet my needs. I did read that you cannot use hot water (maximum 104F) which I wonder if all units are the same unless you go with a hotsy model? Is that correct?

Yes, you cannot use hot water, as doing so will significantly reduce the life of the pump and will void the warranty. I have only used it once but it works great! Started good, has enough pressure to wash my concrete etc. Seemed to be the best value, especially on sale, for a washer with that much pressure and GPM. And having one vs renting I don't have to do all my projects in one day.
