Bought this last week, and one of the best purchases. Normally rent one for annual cleaning, but since the cost has gone up so much, purchasing one was more practical. Extremely glad I did. Not only was this easier to maneuver with less footprint, but it was also more powerful than the commercial model typically rented. So far, very happy with this washer.

Bought this to replace older pressure washer with less pressure. Performed well cleaning 200' of sidewalk and curbing. Plenty of power to blast off 5 years of clay stains, grease, and mold. Also, great with SurfaceMaxx 14.5-in 4500 PSI Rotating Surface Cleaner.

Nothing but problems

First unit wouldn’t start and was sent another. Second one was obviously used, fuel tank was smashed and there was also oil spilled all inside box and all over unit so they sent us another one. This one arrives and appears new but was missing the pressure hose, the box with oil, fittings, nozzles and wand barrel. Now currently waiting on customer service to open to see what they’re going to do. Total frustration!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
