Not great so far

I've the WPX3400 twice and has been a mixed bag. The second time I used it I had a hard time getting the engine to start. It finally started after several attempts at fiddling with the choke and pulling the recoil. But worst of all, the water outlet nipple stripped and stripped the inside of hose connector. Not a great experience after the 2nd time using it...

Hose issues

I used the washer for 2 hours and the hose had a hole in it. I reached out to Westinghouse and they said the hose is not covered due to the damage from the muffler. Poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good washer but...

Very powerful and will do everything I want but somehow when I tried to unscrew the high pressure hose from the washer, it was so tight that I couldn't do it. I finally got it off, but I had to break the plastic collar on the hose to and use pliers on the metal collar to do it. Then I found that somehow the threads on both the hose fitting and the outlet tube of the water pump were stripped, even though I was very careful when screwing it on. I attached it only hand tight, and it went on very easily and did not leak. Now I need a new outlet tube and hose, and the outlet tube seems like it might be a tough one to find because it doesn't seem to have an individual part number. I may be calling Westinghouse for assistance.

I bought it at the beginning of May and 2nd time using it a piece of the water pump breaks. Now just received my 2nd one let's see if this one is going to stay together.
