Clearer directions needed on setting up hose

I just used my WPX3400 for the first time. Came higly recommended on Consumer Reports. However. in attaching the high pressure hose to the washer it did not fit easier on the side of the handle away near the pump. It was easier to do this on the side of the handle where the wand sits. However, there should have been a warning that this makes is easier for the hose to rest up against the hot exhaust which burnt a hole through the hose from the heat. Needs to be a warning in the directions. Otherwise, cleans great.

Disappointed

Used my 3400 for the first time today . Used it for about 1.5 hours before shutting it off to take a break . Could not get it to crank again . I did everything per the instructions to restart . After I took the spark plug out and put some starter fluid in it FINALLY CRANKED . The reason I purchased this was because of its good reviews and I was tired of working on my old washer to get it to run every time . Very disappointed in this washer .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pressure

I've used it on my pool deck, sidewalks, and patio and the results were wonderful. Much better than my previous pressure washer.

I was undecided at first on the WPX3400 model, but I am so glad I went with this model, it has MORE power/pressure then I need to do everything I want to do! I use this for everything, the onboard soap container is great for soaking, and the extra tips are awesome! It preforms better than I ever imagined it would, I would definitely recommend this power
washer to other!

I purchased this unit about a week ago. It’s quieter than my previous pw (not a Westinghouse) and so far I am very pleased with it. I’m hoping to get years out of the unit.

Very Well Built Pressure Washer

For the last 6 months, some of the components on my Craftsman pressure washer started giving me problems. While researching replacing the replacement parts, I came across Westinghouse's pressure washer. With everything I read, including the customer reviews, I purchased a new Westinghouse washer. I am so glad I did. It is the best pressure washer I have ever used.

It's a work horse starts right up

I've had this unit for 11 months and when I started using it for this year, the unit fired right up on the first pull, and I've been using it with no problems. The pressure is constant. I will say to other customers "BESURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN" and make sure to winterize the unit according to the manufacture. However, I think it should have a larger soap tank instead of the one it has currently AND a more flexible hose.
