I have only used it once but it works great! Started good, has enough pressure to wash my concrete etc. Seemed to be the best value, especially on sale, for a washer with that much pressure and GPM. And having one vs renting I don't have to do all my projects in one day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased it today and have not had a chance to use it yet. Reading the user manual, I am sure it wll meet my needs. I did read that you cannot use hot water (maximum 104F) which I wonder if all units are the same unless you go with a hotsy model? Is that correct?

Yes, you cannot use hot water, as doing so will significantly reduce the life of the pump and will void the warranty. First impressions are great! Unboxing and assembling went smoothly and straight forward. Took a blast at my patio concrete and can finally clean off the years of black buildup.
