Just used this for the first time. Excellent pressure, love the fact that you can choke to start. Most of competitors do not have the feature. Very powerful machine and with detergent takes no time to wash the house. If it lasts it would be the best power washer I had ever owned.

Compares well to other more powerful units I've used in the past. but find it more rugged and reliable. Starts on the first pull, runs smooth, like the fuel shut off feature and larger fuel tank. I would recommend for someone needing a good all around home use machine.

The engine started no problem. But!

All bolts on the back of the engine was loose. Engine Oil leak out around gasket on the back side of engine on the pump side. Very fortunate I saw it before all the oil leak out. I tightened all the bolts, its running ok so fare. Your QC department need to tell the employes to check bolts on engine before shipping it out.

I've used it on my pool deck, sidewalks, and patio and the results were wonderful. Much better than my previous pressure washer.

Disappointed

Used my 3400 for the first time today . Used it for about 1.5 hours before shutting it off to take a break . Could not get it to crank again . I did everything per the instructions to restart . After I took the spark plug out and put some starter fluid in it FINALLY CRANKED . The reason I purchased this was because of its good reviews and I was tired of working on my old washer to get it to run every time . Very disappointed in this washer .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
