Happy in a townhouse

I live in a townhouse and didn't want to alienate my neighbors with the noise of a traditional generator at night. This is plenty to run our fridge, a fan, modem and coffee maker/ toaster oven when needed during the increasingly common power outages in HTX.

failed starter, never used gen

after 11 months of storage, sitting in the garage, on the charger, run once a month for 10 minutes since first fueling, the starter has failed. never actually used the unit to provide power, but kept in a ready state. very upset customer. also, in an attempt to upload a video per this Westinghouse review page, youtube automatically classified my 37 second video a "short" and this URL type is not valid for upload to this review section. only standard antiquated youtube URL's can be uploaded here. 1 star all around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Haven’t used it yet, but looks cool! I wish the oil funnel was a bit longer and there was some indicators on the oil tank.

I am a volunteer for the forest service and a co-worker had a generator like this one. It does everything I need when my solar can’t stay up with the demand we need. Setup was simple and it’s very quiet. Love the dual fuel option. Let’s us run on LPG vapor or gasoline. It even runs the A/C unit. I can’t find any negatives on this generator. My co-worker has enjoyed his for over a year without any issues. Thanks Westinghouse

Fired up first try. It’s quieter than I thought it would be. The extendable handle at the bottom makes it easy to move around. So far so good.
