Great Reliable Power and QUIET

I just bought this generator this month and set up was easy. I set it to run with propane gas and it started very easily/ no issues and I was very happy with how quiet it runs. I use it to power a portable A/C unit and it has been great. I have ethanol free gasoline in case I want to use it. Hurricane season is here so it's great to have peace of mind with this generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just un boxed . GOOD :Easy setup comes w/ f funnel & oil to put in clear instructions.
Started ridght up by push button & remote . Ran well on Propane though it seemed to pulse when not under load .However it did that in Gas mode also . Ran for about 3 hrs so far .
Not GOOD: battery compartment cover missing .Propane fuel line supplied w/ regulator seems to short placeing tank to close to Gen . Remote works well though limited signal distance which could be improved . Oil fill made for tiny hands dipstick for fill to far back & hard to reach . Overall seems to be good came with 3 yr warranty . HF preditor same model same price only had 1 yr . will see in the coming weeks how well it powers 5th wheel trailer A/C unit .

IT works un boxed , battery compartment door missing . Good intstuctions . filled oil w/ provided oil / funnel (nice touch) oil dipstick hard to reach with fat american hands to far back . Would be good if they told u how much oil to put in . Started right up on propane falterd 2x restarted & ran for 20 min . put small load on throttle speed seemed to pulse but ran OK .Turned off waited ckd oil level / added 1 gal of gas ran under load for about 3 hrs . Throttle speed speed up under load as it should but still seemed to pulse w/ eco switch on of off but ran fine .Remote start seems to have limited distance which could be improved @ 50ft .Propane regulator was included but the hose supplied is to short to keep the tank away from unit IMHO easy fix longer hose w/ quick connects . Purchased to Power 5th wheel trailer & A/C w/soft startT .Will see in the coming weeks how it holds up . Overall think its a good product came w/ 3 yr warrnty as opposed to HF preditor same model & price which only had 1 yr

The reviews were great on this product and it has lived up to the reputation. I needed to replace my 15 year old generator for hurricane season and this fits the bill as well as many other uses for it.

Waiting to see on performance

Say one. Did as the manual instructed, filled with the supplied oil, filled with gasoline. Then some had suggested run without load, then mixed load, power off & cool down, and repeat a couple of time. On the 30 amp load ran for a good while then just shutdown. would not restart. Called the support line, and it appeared to have too much oil. Manual very unspecific on where exactly to stop. Would be nice to say "put in 10 ounces, put in 2 cups, not keep putting in oil AND screwing in and out the dip stick 8 times until you think it's good. Anyway. Got it running again and 10 min later died again. By this time to late in day to mess with it anymore. Testing at home and very glad I wasn't on a trip somewhere. Recommending for now. Will wait and see how it turns out to update review.

I purchased this as backup power for the essentials in my home like our side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, deep freezer in garage, 10k BTU portable a/c and other misc. items. Worked like a champ and only used about 20-35% of the max load during the 3.5 hours of original use. Highly recommend!
