Bought this generator for my travel trailer. Going to use it on our next trip. Reviewed many different brands but this model iGen4500 is unbeatable especially as I want to use it on propane.

Unpacked from the box added oil, fuel and connected the battery. Fired up on first try and has powered my RV without any problems.

Generator is as expected

We followed the quick start guide and started on propane. The unit was as quiet as I expected. There were 2 features I didn't expect, a charge port on the front panel and an efficiency button. When actuated this feature appears to lower engine RPM for anticipated lower loads. I think. This wasn't documented in the manual.
There was no damage due to shipping. So far, I'm happy with this purchase.

Easy set-up,great performance, all at a great price. Easy to move around, remote start a great plus, all that plus the ability to use propane, what more needs to be said.
