Almost perfect.

Set up instructions were clear and concise. Packaging was solid. Dialing in the correct oil level was somewhat tedious because of it previously being test run with oil at the factory. Residual oil in the motor resulted in only partial use of the otherwise exact quantity of included bottled of oil. Connected the battery and propane it fired right up an flawlessly powered through its break-in hours. My only gripes are it not having an OEM quick disconnect set up for the propane and the short propane hose. I very nearly went with a Champion for the quick disconnect feature. Only other suggestion is to move the rolling handle set up so it lifts from the top of the unit which would make deployment of the handle much more efficient.

I just got this generator because I needed more power. I had a 2000 (different brand) and couldn’t run all the things I needed. Works great for racing when I need to run multiple battery chargers and lights.

I bought this generator because I wanted the option to run propane if needed. Delivery was easy and there was no real assembly required beside hooking up the battery and adding oil. Started right up with the button, remote, and pull cable. Runs pretty quiet too. Excited to use it more on camping trips.

Great Features

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and put some gas in it and it started right up. I have had many generators in the past and they have come a long way. This is very quiet, and I like the dual feature of Gas and Propane. I am excited to take it on its first camping trip this weekend.

Just bought the igen5000Fc will be braking it in today. When I un boxed I noticed some cosmetic discoloration blemishes on side panels no problem,
