It's better than I expected

Ordered for our camping trips this summer. When it arrived it was better than expected. Most features I didn't even realize it had.

Side of carton damaged by no evidence of harm to generator.No hold down strap for battery. Have only used the propane. Am very pleased with the quietness.

The genorator works great! Runs all size houses I work on for my business, and runs my camper on the weekends.

Quiet and Versatile

After lots of research, I decided the iGen series was for me. I was correct. The dual fuel, remote start functions are awesome! On the first start (on propane), I ran a vacuum cleaner off of it and the generator made less noise! Great product, so far. Judging by other Westinghouse products I have, I'm expecting many years of dependable, versatile, and quiet use.
