I bought this generator for its duel fuel capabilities. It came with all you new to run off propane except the propane it’s self. I would not expecting a propane to come with it. So far I have only ran it off propane and I might never run it off gas. With that said it is nice to have another fuel option in an emergency. This product has performed up to my expectations so far. It is new and I can not speak for the reliability of this product yet, maybe I will update this review in a couple of months.

High power, good quality, great price

This unit is feature rich, I particularly like the dual fuel option. I could not do the initial start on propane, had to use gas, now it works fine on either. The remote start is cute, although I don't how much I will need or use it. The data center is info I have never had before, and very useful. This generator actually has more power and a smaller footprint than my prior unit, and is portable enough for it's size. So far, I'm impressed with the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet!

We just got this for our travel trailer. It is very uiet compared to others. We tested it different ways and everything worked great! The remote on/off was a little hit and miss, don't know if you need to point it a certain way or was just too new. Does work, though.

Starting off Wrong

Arrived quickly. Packed well. All items listed arrived. Everything provided but the gas.
First step in "Before Starting" quick start guide was wrong. Picture removing engine service cover and adding oil in this area. They provide an oil access panel on opposite side of machine to add or drain oil. Engine access panel does not need to be removed during quick set up. The wheels and pull handle are a great touch for handling the weight of this machine. Does have two (2) sturdy lift handles for two people to lift generator when necessary. Directions in manual are written pretty well for info on how to operate the machine.
