I was a little worried when package arrived the box was ripped open on the side, bottom had no tape & top tape had come lose, only thing keeping it together was one nylon band the other must have broken off. Luckily generator was fine & looked great.
I checked it out, read manual & got it ready for operation, didn't gas or start it I got it for power-outages & didn't want to put gas in just to run it & have to drain tank & carb again to store it. I'm counting on Westinghouse quality name & quality control for it to be ready when I need it but I might use it before then.

When I bought my Inverter/generator I was uncertain about how well it would work. I followed the instructions and I had not difficulty starting it with the remote key fob, the electric start and pull cord. The only correction I would suggest is change the color of the dip stick. I could not determine how much oil I had in it. and it overflowed,
