Just recently purchased. Definitely a little heavier than expected. The collapsible handle makes it very easy to maneuver around and the handles on top make for quick movement as well.

IGen5000DFc inverter Generator

This Westinghouse inverter generator is powerful and has many features you’d want in a mid sized inverter generator. Dual fuel is a must and this has a selector switch than can switch from gasoline to propane without shutting down the generator(load must be disconnected first). Theses a carbon monoxide detector that will shut it down if excess co is detected. The weight is approx. 105 pounds which is right on par for this size. It’s much quieter than the larger open frame generators, and supplies clean energy for sensitive electronics. All in all a good choice for inverter generators. One improvement needed in my opinion, would be a quick disconnect for the propane attachment to the generator. Instructions say to hand tighten the fitting then look for leaks using soap water. A little inconvenient but not a deal breaker. You can link another generator through the parallel ports if desired. There are 2 120v AC receptacles and 1 30A 120v receptacle you can use with the proper RV adapter extension cord(can convert to 3 additional 120v extensions for household use)

I bought this generator for camping. With 5000w it is perfect for running everything in the camper. Not too heavy to handle. Very quiet running. Completely assembled in box. Great unit for the price.

This generator was delivered with no issues. My primary use will be for my camper that has 30AMP service so I went with one sized that should run everything. My debate was choosing one easy to load or sized to handle my needs and I decided I can figure out a way to make it easy to load. It shipped ready to go just by adding oil and they made that process easy to do. All 3 ways to start the generator work without issue and the recoil start works very smoothly. It hasn't been used yet with a large load, but I will use it for some home projects to get past the break in time and then it will be tested with my camper. I first looked at generators for home backup power and with the option of running this in parallel with another generator gives me some options for home backup power.
