Initial observations are great!

Just opened the box and have not operated this generator yet. I have researched generators for the past couple of years and decided to go with the Westinghouse iGen4500DF. This generator arrived well packaged, feels solid, and appears to be very well made. The user manual and quick start guides are very clear. I wanted a generator for RV camping and to run critical home appliances during a power outage. The dual fuel option was a must have and this generator certainly gives me a sense of security for my family in case of a SHTF situation. Can’t wait to get it broke in and operational.

Just unboxed this unit. Have to admit this is my first generator purchase, however with how sturdy this thing is, I have no doubt that this will do the trick. Tired of being “burned” by power outages here in Michigan !!

Westinghouse Inverter-Impressive!

While we have not yet been able to use this generator for its intended purpose to power our RV, it’s clearly a quality product that works as advertised. Using it at home during breaking period and thus far impressed. Only inconveniences deal with small access doors for oil and battery. Wish they were larger.

Easy start and quite running
