Great features for value

Researched comparable generators and happy so far. Very easy set up. Electric and remote start feature are great for my family.
Only con is that it is a bit heavy, but that holds true for other models and brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dual Fuel capability in inverter generator

Just received the IGen4500DF after reading many positive reviews and following several power outages in two weeks. Set up was very straightforward and started right up on gasoline... haven't tried LP, but like the option. Time will tell how it performs when necessary as backup.

Should be great for camping

Bought the igen4500DF for use powering my camper, and in the event of power outage at my house. The size fit perfectly in my camper storage compartment and it ran the microwave without a problem; it is extremely quite, even at 50% load (max tested so far)! Since I bought this generator in November, I have to wait till next year to test it's capability running the 13.5K btu air conditioner, but suspect it will run flawlessly. I only wish it came with more instruction pertaining to the open ground / floating neutral, maybe even include a ground stake.

After connecting the battery and adding oil, I connected it up to a small propane tank. Using the remote start, it cranked a couple of times and fired up nicely. Adding the oil was messy as it is easy to overflow. Allthough it is a well written and substantial user manual, it wasn't obvious a 5 hour 50% load break-in was needed. Just a lot to read in the user guide.

One of the biggest dual fuel inverters

I bought this to supply household power during the inevitable outages and emergencies that plague California. It is big enough to run my most needed appliances in an emergency and also supply clean power for my computers and and other digital devices.

I just received my generator. It runs great and has exceeded my expectations. I'm glad it has dual fuel. I run it with propane which is safer to transport and fill than gasoline, and about a third of the cost. Remote is nice feature.
