GREAT FEATURES & GREAT VALUE

I was looking to replace my Honda 3000 with a bigger generator. Cost was factor & after doing a lot of research, I felt that this Westinghouse iGen4500DF was perfect. I really like the dual fuel option, as I always have propane available.

This is a great generator, Westinghouse has included all the features you could want in a portable generator, even including a remote starter key fob for added convenience. Simple to use and quiet operation.

Had all the features I was looing for

Ran great during the break in period, changed oil and ran it at home. Getting ready for a trip, my wife said she smells gas. The generator then sputtered then died, like it was running out of gas. I took off the side panel and noticed gas leaking all over the place. Somewhere at the fuel line. I cleaned up what I could and let it sit overnight. The gas leaked all over the wiring and god only knows what else. It now will not come close to starting. Its too bad this gen. was the only one with the features I wanted at a reasonable price. It had only 23 hours on it all break in hrs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fired up, stopped it, then it wouldn’t start back,

I bought this for the remote start, took it out of the box, put the oil and gas in it fired it right up. But, when I had to get it running during the night, it would not start. Battery was dead. Recharging the battery and see if it will start
