Very nice Quiet

Very Quiet, Put in oil connected propane started first time. Connected to RV, EMS says no ground so I need to either make a ground to neutral jumper plug or disable EMS. It works great so far. Exactly what I expected.

Great Unit

I purchased this for my RV, its got power to handle both my A/c units. the dual fuel feature is great so i dont have to carry gas only my normal supply of propane,
It was easy to set up and started easy on propane right away.

We have a igen2500 and we loved it, so we wanted to upgrade to something more unique. Westinghouse has proven their worth. They have been great to us.

Worth the wait

Very happy with this item. Works well. My on gripe is I have big hands and getting to the oil drain screw is a challenge.

We could not get the generator to work. I called the number I had in the information you sent. The person who answered could not fix the problem. Took my information and said someone would call me the next day. ThAt was on Monday Sept 2. Today is Sept 5. I’m still waiting. I guess I’ll wait for ever.
